Aiming to create a secure, private complex in this design that's imposing yet welcoming and approachable.

Units are housed at multi-levels above the grade level parking, which is enclosed by a 2.5 m high perimeter wall. To soften and make the building appear weightless on its column supports, a predominance of curtain panels, big sash windows, glass sliding doors, and cladding were used.
