Aries Close

A single-family 3-bedroom dwelling located in the hills overlooking the city. The cut and fill method of terracing was utilized to minimize site disturbance and erosion. Proposed on a site to be terraced incorporating 1 ft thick reinforced concrete walls at multiple levels to ensure stability.

This is a split-level design with open view at all levels. The use of floor to ceiling curtain walls facilitates clear views, natural lighting and indoor/outdoor visual transition.

On entry, the wow factor was created by a 30ft high ceiling formed in a grand, naturally lit atrium designed space.
