Located in a tourist resort area on the leeward side of the beach bounding the Caribbean Sea.

An inclusive design that adopts resort characteristics and elements to enhance, play, comfort and relaxation. Incorporating a functional atrium design lobby, a luxurious lounge with 10 meter (30 ft) high ceiling, bars, elevated pool deck and residential suits with excellent views.

 The units are spaciously designed with private balconies and spectacular views of the surrounding mangroves, captivating beach and not so distant lush green hills. High ceilings, deep set panoramic windows and doors. Beautiful vistas allow for natural lighting and a lofty mood. The living environment was combined with leisure through spatial configuration. Residential areas interact with recreational spaces partly enveloping with visual buffers.

The project is centered on the notion of spatial expression and aesthetic quality through size and appearance.
