A three-story multi-family building with nine units, a roof, and ground-level recreational amenities.

The building's design prioritized comfort and visual appeal while also meeting all other fundamental requirements, including: 

• Sustainability

• Function

• Security

• Accessibility

• Lighting and Ventilation

Along with the design that produces the intended mood, the finish materials and aesthetics were chosen to satisfy the inhabitants.
